At This time we are unable to accommodate any walk in guests, reservations are required. When entering The Shack we require all guests wear a mask or other appropriate face coverings. Our menu consists of either three course $55 or four course $65 pre fixe menu.

Blue Emmer Spaghetti – shrimp & clams – sofrito – cilantro – crispy garlic

MAINS

Shack Burger – fermented mushroom mayo – heriloom tomato – smoked onions – Meadow Creek Appalachian – dill pickle – fries

Pheasant Confit – mushroom, rye & confit stuffed cabbage – grilled mushrooms – espagnole sauce

Butter Poached Halibut Cheeks – radicchio – smoked jalapeno -okra – quinoa

Pork Delmonico Steak – sorghum carrots – pickled sour cherries

We are excited to re open our dinning room at The Shack with limited seating and pre fixe menu only.  We are currently open for dinner service Thursday – Saturday with two seatings 5:00PM – 5:30PM and 7:30PM – 8:00pm.  More seating is available on our patio weather permitting. Curbside pick up service with a separate menu is also available, with orders & reservations through Tock. To insure the safety of our guests and staff we are currently require reservations”.
